Tutbury is an imposing medieval site that sits on wooded slopes overlooking the River Dove. It is where Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned by Elizabeth 1 on four occasions. Lesley, an English scholar and historian, has been the Curator of the Castle since 2000 but is perhaps best known for her superb portrayals of extraordinary women from history.

It promises to be an entertaining and exciting day out. Places are restricted and will be on a first come, first served basis.
