Professor Kathryn Hughes is a vice-president of The George Eliot Fellowship and her latest book is gaining huge critical acclaim. George Eliot features in it - more specifically, George Eliot's right hand features in it and Kathryn is going to tell us more about it in this lecture, the first event set up to honour the memory of Kathleen and Bill Adams.
